By accessing, browsing, or using the ye7 platform in any capacity — including but not limited to registering an account, making a deposit, claiming a bonus, or participating in any game — you acknowledge that you have read these Terms and Conditions in full and agree to be legally bound by them.

Registration requires you to provide accurate, current, and complete information, including your full legal name, date of birth, Philippine mobile number, and a valid email address. One Account Policy: Each individual player is permitted to hold only one (1) active ye7 account. The creation of multiple accounts by a single individual — whether using different names, email addresses, mobile numbers, or payment methods — is strictly prohibited and constitutes a material breach of these Terms.

Account Security: You are solely responsible for maintaining the confidentiality of your ye7 username and password. All financial transactions on the ye7 platform are conducted in Philippine Peso (PHP / ₱). ye7 supports deposits and withdrawals via GCash, PayMaya, BPI, BDO, and Metrobank, subject to availability and applicable transaction limits.

Deposits:

• Deposits are credited to your ye7 account balance upon successful confirmation from the payment provider.
• Minimum deposit amounts vary by payment method and are displayed at the time of transaction.
• ye7 does not charge fees on deposits; however, your payment provider may apply their own transaction charges.
• Deposits must originate from a payment account registered in your own name. Third-party deposits are not permitted.

Withdrawals:

• Withdrawal requests are processed within one (1) to three (3) business days, subject to completion of identity verification.
• Minimum withdrawal amounts and any applicable processing fees are displayed in the ye7 cashier section.
• Withdrawals will only be processed to the same payment method used for the corresponding deposit, where technically possible, as an anti-money laundering measure.
• ye7 reserves the right to request additional identity verification documents before processing any withdrawal.
• Bonus funds and winnings derived from bonus play may be subject to wagering requirements before withdrawal is permitted.

ye7 offers various bonuses and promotional offers to eligible players from time to time, including welcome bonuses, reload bonuses, free spins, and loyalty rewards. All bonuses are subject to the specific terms and conditions published alongside each promotion, which form part of these Terms.

General bonus conditions applicable to all ye7 promotions include:

• Bonuses are available to eligible registered players only and may not be transferred, exchanged for cash, or assigned to another player.

In the event of any conflict between individual game rules and these Terms, these Terms shall prevail.

ye7 uses certified Random Number Generator (RNG) technology to ensure that all game outcomes are fair, random, and independent of previous results. ye7 does not manipulate game outcomes in any way.

In the event of a technical malfunction, disconnection, or system error during a game round, ye7 reserves the right to void the affected game round and return the wager to the player's account balance. ye7 will not be liable for any losses arising from technical failures beyond its reasonable control.

Wagers placed and game results recorded on ye7's servers shall be the definitive record in the event of any dispute. ye7's decision on all game-related disputes is final, subject to the complaints procedure set out in these Terms.

The following conduct is strictly prohibited on the ye7 platform. Violation of any of these prohibitions may result in immediate account suspension, forfeiture of funds, and referral to the relevant Philippine authorities:

• Registering more than one account or using another person's account.
• Providing false, misleading, or fraudulent information during registration or verification.
• Using the platform if you are under 21 years of age.
• Using automated software, bots, scripts, or any artificial intelligence tools to interact with the platform or gain an unfair advantage in any game.
• Engaging in collusion with other players to manipulate game outcomes.
• Exploiting software bugs, errors, or vulnerabilities in the ye7 platform. Any such vulnerabilities must be reported to ye7 support immediately.
• Engaging in any form of money laundering, fraud, or other criminal activity through the ye7 platform.
• Attempting to reverse-engineer, decompile, or otherwise tamper with any part of the ye7 platform.
• Harassing, threatening, or abusing ye7 staff or other players through any communication channel.
• Using a VPN, proxy, or other technology to circumvent geographic restrictions or disguise your true location.

• Deposit Limits: Set daily, weekly, or monthly deposit limits on your account.
• Session Time Reminders: Receive notifications after a set period of continuous play.
• Cooling-Off Periods: Temporarily suspend your account for a defined period of between 24 hours and 6 weeks.

• Loss of funds due to technical malfunctions, server downtime, or connectivity issues beyond ye7's reasonable control.
• Losses arising from unauthorised access to your account where you have failed to maintain adequate security of your credentials.
• Any interruption, suspension, or termination of the ye7 platform or any game.
• Errors or inaccuracies in game results caused by third-party software providers.
• Any loss of data, profits, revenue, or business opportunity.

ye7's total aggregate liability to you in respect of any claim arising under or in connection with these Terms shall not exceed the total amount deposited by you into your ye7 account in the thirty (30) days immediately preceding the event giving rise to the claim.

Nothing in these Terms shall limit or exclude ye7's liability for fraud, gross negligence, or any other liability that cannot be excluded or limited under applicable Philippine law.

ye7 collects, processes, and stores your personal data in accordance with its Privacy Policy, which forms an integral part of these Terms and Conditions. By registering a ye7 account, you consent to the collection and processing of your personal data as described in the Privacy Policy.

ye7 implements industry-standard security measures, including 256-bit SSL encryption, to protect your personal and financial data. However, no method of electronic transmission or storage is completely secure, and ye7 cannot guarantee absolute data security.

ye7 will not sell, rent, or share your personal data with third parties for their own marketing purposes without your explicit consent, except where required by law or as necessary to provide the ye7 service (for example, sharing data with payment processors to facilitate transactions).

In the event of a dispute between you and ye7, you are encouraged to contact ye7 support in the first instance to seek an informal resolution. ye7 will endeavour to resolve all complaints within five (5) business days of receipt.

If a dispute cannot be resolved informally, both parties agree to submit to the exclusive jurisdiction of the competent courts of the Philippines. Nothing in this clause shall prevent ye7 from seeking injunctive or other equitable relief in any court of competent jurisdiction.
